Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to local businesses and community organizations to introduce our services and build rapport
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to maximize local engagement and partnership opportunities
- Negotiate terms and secure commitments from prospective clients through persuasive communication
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and monitor progress
- Engage in B2B sales activities, including warm calling and follow-up communications to nurture relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with organizational goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining service benefits, and resolving concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in negotiation, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on B2B sales or technology sales
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated ability in business development, outbound calling, and marketing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude toward reaching targets and generating leads
- Prior experience in customer service or technical sales is preferred but not required
