Member Duties : Maintain & enhance the Ag Ventures Outdoor Classroom by performing regular landscaping, upkeep, & hands-on agricultural care to ensure a vibrant, functional learning environment for youth & community visitors. Assist 4-H staff in delivering engaging summer day camp programming, supporting hands-on educational activities, supervising youth participants, & helping create memorable learning experiences. Oversee the care of indoor classroom spaces, ensuring facilities remain ready for programming & educational use. Manage inventory of supplies & equipment. Support the setup & breakdown of educational activities & events. Engage with youth audiences & community members visiting the Ag Center, serving as a welcoming ambassador for 4-H & agricultural education. Contribute to promotional & outreach efforts by assisting with social media content, flyers, or other materials that highlight Ag Center programming & events.
