We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and self-starting Full-Time Medical Business Development Representative to promote our maternal and newborn healthcare services within an assigned local territory.
This is a full-time, commission-only position during the initial stage of employment. Representatives who successfully meet the company's established sales performance requirements will become eligible for a base salary plus commission compensation structure, along with expanded long-term career opportunities.
This is a field-based position that requires regular in-person visits to hospitals, OB/GYN practices, fertility clinics, surrogacy agencies, doulas, childbirth educators, and other maternal healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain professional referral relationships, educate healthcare providers about our services, and help families learn about their available options.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete company training and become knowledgeable about our products, services, and enrollment process.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, physicians, clinics, and other healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new referral sources and business opportunities.
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and educational meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Educate prospective clients and referral partners about the benefits of our services.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through client enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners to build long-term relationships.
- Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, conferences, community outreach activities, and healthcare facilities as needed.
