Job Summary:
Jessup Construction is seeking a dependable and hardworking Seasoned Carpenter to assist with a variety of construction and carpentry tasks on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead carpenters with framing, drywall, trim, and other carpentry-related tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Basic carpentry or construction experience Required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for long periods
- Familiarity with construction tools and job site safety practices
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred or required—adjust based on your need)
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
