Seabrook is seeking a skilled Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on Seabrook’s hospitality and real estate marketing, leading the development, content capture, and execution of strategic initiatives that promote Seabrook’s real estate offerings, vacation rentals, lifestyle, and town events. The Content Manager will be responsible for creating compelling content that enhances brand visibility, drives real estate lead generation, and increases vacation rental bookings. Develop compelling visual and written content for platforms including social media channels, digital advertisements, print materials and other digital channels.
Plan, capture, optimize and implement content in marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Capture/coordinate and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos of town events, seasonal activations, lifestyle shoots, retail/product shoots, and community happenings.
Develop and execute the content in marketing campaigns to nurture leads, future guests, and drive engagement and awareness.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and clients in real estate.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives
Generate regular reports outlining key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including real estate agents, hospitality team members, graphic designers, and photographers to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and assets.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet business objectives and deadlines.
Develop initiatives to foster community engagement and establish Seabrook as a trusted authority in the local real estate market.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of competitors' digital marketing strategies, market positioning, and messaging.
Apply strong knowledge of interior photography, exterior natural-light shooting, golden-hour lighting, and nighttime/event lighting to produce consistent, polished content.
Build and update a content calendar aligned with town events, business promotions, holidays, and marketing priorities.
Uphold Seabrook’s brand standards in all visuals, ensuring consistent quality and aesthetic.
Maintain equipment, coordinate shoot logistics, and ensure readiness for on-the-ground captures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Mobile and DSLR photography, videography, video editing, and basic graphic design proficiency.
Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, both internal and external, to meet deadlines and creative standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and content capture.
Familiarity with real estate and hospitality industry trends, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
Drone photography and videography experience is a plus.
