Membership Counselor – Hardcore Fitness Santa Clarita
Hardcore Fitness Santa Clarita is a high-energy, community-driven group fitness facility offering signature weightlifting, Pilates, and cardio classes. We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Membership Counselor to drive membership and personal training sales.
This is not a passive front-desk role — this is a consultative sales position. The right candidate will conduct in-person strategy sessions with prospects, provide value-based fitness consultations, and confidently guide them toward the right membership or training solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person membership consultations
- Convert leads through phone, text, and follow-up systems
- Manage and nurture incoming leads daily
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Assist with member check-ins and retention conversations
- Participate in community outreach and outside networking efforts
- Support marketing initiatives and gym events as needed
