Accu Cut is growing fast, and we're looking for a General Manager who's ready to step into real leadership — not just manage tasks, but actually own the operation. This isn't a role where you wait to be told what to do. It's a role where you work closely with the CEO to manage the day to day and help the company grow. Where your input matters. What You'll Own
- The day-to-day heartbeat of the company — operations, scheduling, execution...etc.
- Bid and contract review, so what goes out the door is accurate and profitable
- Project quality and profitability from the first estimate to the final walkthrough
- Building and developing teams — recruiting, training, mentoring leaders who grow with the company
- Relationships with the GCs, PMs, and clients who trust us with their projects
- Spotting bottlenecks before they slow anyone down, and fixing them
This is a role built for someone who wants to lead, not just manage — someone ready to be the calm, steady hand that keeps everything running and growing.
What You Bring
- Real experience leading teams and operations in landscaping or construction
- A sharp eye for numbers — estimating, bidding, budgets, profitability
- The instinct to catch what others miss
- Confidence to make fast, sound decisions under pressure
- A solid grip on contracts, scopes, and what makes a project actually profitable
- Willingness to own HR — hiring, training, building culture — as we grow into that function
Bonus if You Have
- Sales or business development experience
- Existing relationships in commercial landscaping or construction
- Experience building operational systems from the ground up
- Direct GC or commercial project experience
- Recruiting or HR background
