If so, Indiana Sign & Barricade is looking for a full-time Dispatcher to act as the beating heart of our daily operations!
What you’ll do:
As an ISB Dispatcher, you’re part of an energetic team of people who work hard and celebrate each other’s contributions. No day is the same, and no day goes as planned. Each day, you’ll build, maintain, and distribute daily service schedules for our Flagging Technicians. You will be providing top-notch customer service to our clients while monitoring staffing levels and adjusting schedules to meet the workload demands.
Your day-to-day:
- Coordinate daily Flagging Technician schedules to maximize efficiency and keep operations moving.
- Monitor personnel availability, adjust assignments, coordinate relief when required.
- Keep our Flagging Technicians informed and update clients with accurate ETA’s.
- Quickly pivot when the unexpected happens and turn roadblocks into success stories.
What we are looking for:
- Cool under pressure: You don’t get flustered when things get busy.
- Tech-savvy: You can navigate our dispatch software, GPS, and communication systems like a pro.
- Controller mindset: You love organization, logistics, and keeping multiple moving parts perfectly synchronized.
- Experienced Professional: Dispatch and/or scheduling experience required. Construction and/or Traffic Control industry experience preferred.
