At Classen Tire Shop in Baltimore, we take pride in getting drivers back on the road with the right tires for their cars, vans, and trucks. We need a customer service representative to handle our front desk operations and make sure every customer leaves satisfied.
What You'll Do
- Be the first face customers see when they visit our shop and the first voice they hear when they call
- Book service times for tire installations, rotations, flat repairs, and other maintenance
- Check our inventory system for tire availability, sizes, and specifications, then place orders when needed
- Process all customer transactions, create service documentation, and maintain accurate records
- Explain our different tire options, warranties, and service packages to help customers choose what's best for them
- Coordinate with our tire technicians to provide customers with timely updates on their vehicles
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Keep the front office, waiting area, and retail space clean, organized, and welcoming
What We're Looking For
- A naturally friendly person who enjoys working with the public and solving problems
- Comfortable with computers and willing to learn our specific shop management software
- Good at multitasking and staying organized in a busy shop environment
- Meticulous attention to detail when processing orders and customer information
- Previous experience in automotive service, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Available to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours
