Salary: $20.00 - $35.00/Hour Based on experience
Reports to: Routing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fertilizer/Pest Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary steward of our client’s landscapes, applying professional-grade fertilizers, pesticides, and soil treatments. You aren’t just “spraying lawns”-you are a turf health expert responsible for diagnosing issues, executing precise applications, and ensuring our customers landscapes thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to industry standards, strict safety regulations, and environmental best practices

Inspect turf and ornamental landscapes for nutrient deficiencies, pest infestations, or disease; recommend tailored treatment plans based on soil analysis

Operate, calibrate, and maintain high-end sprayers, spreaders, and specialized application machinery

Maintain rigorous safety protocols for chemical handling, storage, and transport, ensuring zero contamination or waste

Act as a professional point of contact for clients to explain treatment schedules and the “why” behind their lawn’s progress

Partner with the Routing Manager to assist in the ordering, storage, and auditing fo chemical and fertilizer inventory

Other duties as deemed by needs of the business
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in landscaping, agriculture, and/or turf management
-
Applied knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and application techniques

Active NH Licenses including G1, G2, and Right of Way

Valid Driver’s License
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to safety guidelines

Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift 50+ pounds
