What We're Looking For

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Ability to safely use or learn to use hand tools and power equipment
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other equipment is a plus, but not required
Requirements
- Drug-free workplace
- Must be dependable and show up ready to work every day
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, digging, and working on uneven terrain
- Must respect coworkers, customers, and company equipment
Pay
Pay is based on experience. We offer competitive compensation for experienced crew members and opportunities to learn and grow for entry-level applicants.
