Duties
- Supervise daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Coordinate banquet and catering services, ensuring all events meet client expectations.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the food service team to ensure high-quality dining experiences.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is essential.
- Strong background in inventory control, staff training, and supervising teams.
- Familiarity with catering services, and the food industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
