Job Summary
$500 plus commission!!!!! We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dynamic Tile Repair Technician Helper to join our vibrant construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced technicians in repairing, restoring, and installing tiles across various commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities
- Support tile repair technicians by preparing work sites, handling materials, and assisting with tile removal, replacement, and installation processes.
- Assist in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate tile placement and adherence to project specifications.
- Handle manual tasks such as lifting building materials, operating hand tools, power tools, and buffing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by managing debris, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed during construction activities.
- Aid in the application of caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and water damage restoration tasks as directed by senior team members.
- Support the use of construction plans and schematics to facilitate precise flooring installation, tile laying, and remodeling projects.
- Participate in site safety inspections to ensure compliance with building installation safety standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction site activities, flooring installation, or tile laying is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or construction plans accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks including lifting heavy materials and working on feet for extended periods.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, caulking techniques, carpentry basics, and floor care practices is advantageous.
- Understanding of building material installation standards and safety regulations within the restoration or construction industries.
- Experience with water damage restoration or remodeling projects is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining attention to detail.
