Are you passionate about digital marketing, data, and creating campaigns that drive real results? We're looking for a motivated Marketing & Digital Advertising Specialist to help grow our brand and generate quality leads across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local campaigns)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Develop engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT and other marketing platforms) to create compelling ad copy, graphics, videos, and marketing campaigns
- Improve website SEO and online visibility
- Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Coordinate marketing promotions, sales events, and special campaigns
- Collaborate with sales managers to create inventory-focused advertising
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer outreach
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies
Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Understanding of SEO and website optimization
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus
- Experience with AI marketing tools including ChatGPT or similar platforms. Experience prompting AI for marketing content
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Ability to interpret marketing data and make recommendations based on results
Preferred Skills
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Video editing for social media
- WordPress website experience
- CRM and email marketing platforms
