Job Title: Millwright Mechanic – Aircraft Facility
Location: Columbus, Georgia
Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description: We’re looking for a skilled Millwright Mechanic to join our team at our aircraft manufacturing facility in Columbus, GA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of industrial machinery and equipment to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on various types of machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs efficiently
- Install, align, and maintain industrial equipment
- Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
- Document maintenance activities and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical skills with proven troubleshooting ability
- Experience working with different types of industrial machinery
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
