Harlow Interiors is a fast-growing, family-owned home staging and interior design company in Los Angeles. We transform homes so they sell faster and for more — and we’re a tight-knit team where your eye and leadership will directly shape the work.
THE ROLE
- You’ll lead design and own installs end-to-end — from mood board to tear down.
- You’ll manage a field team, keep inventory accurate, and maintain high standards on every project.
- Most of your week is in the field across Beverly Hills, the Westside, the Valley, and Hollywood, with 1–2 days at our downtown LA warehouse.
- You'll report directly to the CEO
QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED
- 2+ years of home staging experience
- Proven experience leading a field team through multiple home staging projects
- Skilled at creating mood boards that align with the client's vision and sell the design concept
- Lives within 20 miles of Beverly Hills
COMPENSATION
- $70,000–$95,000 based on experience

- Hybrid: Most of your week is on-site at beautiful LA properties
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
