Join our dynamic facilities team as a Cleaner / Hall Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. This energetic position involves performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of public areas, hallways, and communal spaces to ensure a clean and orderly atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Operate vaccums, scrubbers, and other cleaning tools / skills to maintain common space care standards, including dusting, washing and overall quality control.
- Handle cleaning chemical agents safely following established safety protocols
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of cleaning supplies, or equipment
- Maintain sanitation standards through regular cleaning schedules, waste disposal, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as reporting repairs or hazards promptly to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to staff or visitors’ cleaning requests or inquiries
Experiences desired but not required
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, including scrubbers, vacuums, and chemical handling procedures
- Ability to perform moderate lifting safely and efficiently
- Understanding of sanitation standards
- Experience with custodial tasks in diverse settings such as residential buildings, commercial spaces, or industrial facilities is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Prior cleaning in maintenance experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
