Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Occasional overtime and a rotational on-call schedule are required.
Your Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment
-
Complete preventative maintenance and system inspections
-
Identify electrical, mechanical, and airflow problems
-
Explain findings and repair recommendations clearly to homeowners
-
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
-
Provide professional service and a positive customer experience

Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
What You Bring
-
2–3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
-
Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
-
EPA Certification
-
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Professional communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently in the field

Commitment to safe, dependable workmanship
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:

Lift 70+ pounds when needed

Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions

Climb step and extension ladders

Work comfortably in varying temperatures and weather conditions
