The Sales Director is paid a base plus commission.
Hours 9:00 am-4:00 pm Monday- Thursday.
Friday 9:00 am- 12:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Sell Display, classifieds, Peach, Canary, and Valley shopper ads. Website ad, Facebook ads, and Prairie River Digital ads.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Write compelling copy for marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, and email campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working with customers in person and over email
-Adobe and InDesign knowledge helpful
