Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups to ensure a positive first impression.
- Safely move vehicles within the dealership lot, including parking and retrieving cars using manual transmission when necessary.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for service or delivery.
- Manage parking lot organization, directing vehicles to designated areas and ensuring efficient traffic flow.
- Support the delivery process by transporting vehicles to and from service bays or external locations as needed.
- Handle basic cashiering duties such as cash handling, processing payments, and maintaining accurate retail math calculations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address guest inquiries promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly valued for delivering exceptional customer interactions.
- Driving experience, especially with manual transmission vehicles, is essential for safely maneuvering diverse vehicle types.
- Dealership or retail experience related to automotive services enhances understanding of dealership operations.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to interact confidently with guests and team members in a bilingual environment if applicable.
- Cashiering experience combined with retail math proficiency ensures accurate handling of transactions and cash management.
