Periodontist (Part-Time / Flexible Schedule)

We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Manhasset, NY, seeking a skilled and compassionate Periodontist to join our team. Our office is committed to providing exceptional periodontal care with a patient-first approach in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat periodontal disease
- Perform periodontal surgical procedures, including bone and soft tissue grafting
- Place dental implants with a focus on functional and aesthetic outcomes
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-treatment care
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in Periodontics from an accredited program
- Active New York State dental license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Schedule
We are seeking a periodontist who can provide coverage on weekdays. While the schedule is flexible and can be tailored to the right candidate, our preferred days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday. We are happy to discuss availability and create a schedule that works well for both the provider and the practice.
