Overview
We are a growing residential construction company seeking a motivated, organized, and personable individual to join our team as a Front Receptionist & Sales Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep projects and customer communications running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, this role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule estimate appointments and coordinate calendars
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system
- Assist the sales team with proposals and customer communications
- Maintain organized customer files and project records
- Coordinate office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with social media updates and customer review requests
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Coordinate with building departments throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties
- Support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous office, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and scheduling software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with JobTread is a plus, but not required.

Position Details
- Part-Time
- Flexible (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
