Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring the highest quality finish on commercial and residential flooring projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with durable, visually appealing epoxy floors that meet safety standards and client specifications. Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise flooring installations
- Mix epoxy resins and hardeners according to manufacturer instructions, ensuring proper consistency and application
- Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools and power tools, maintaining consistent thickness and quality throughout the project
- Use caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation techniques to finish edges and detail work for a polished look
- Follow building material installation safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Conduct water damage restoration procedures when necessary, including surface preparation and sealing to prevent future issues
Skills
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques, including epoxy application and tile laying
- Experience interpreting construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, and concrete finishing tools
- Construction site experience with a focus on building material installation and remodeling projects
- Ability to handle manual tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and restoration work efficiently
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and blueprint reading for project planning
- Knowledge of building installation safety compliance standards and water damage restoration practices

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
