Qualified candidates must:
- have at least 2 year of experience in MIG welding (salary commensurate with experience and skill level);
- demonstrate an acceptable level of skill in all tasks related to fabrication of trailers and similar equipment and parts;
- have the ability to do heavy lifting;
- reading blue prints ( A PLUS) but not required
- be motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines;
- be reliable and able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime when required to meet customer deadlines;
- be 18 years or older;
- be authorized to work in the United States.
