- Assist with meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality of food
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation for special dietary needs
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
