Creative Collaborations is adding new Customer Service Representatives to our Raleigh-Durham team and is looking for motivated people who are ready to learn, earn, and grow.
This is an entry-level opportunity where you'll receive training, develop professional skills, and work alongside a supportive team that rewards effort, not just experience.
Customer Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to effectively build rapport and close deals with prospective customers
- Demonstrates confidence in customer service and sales skills when handling customer objections
- Ability to collaborate with leadership, offering suggestions based on customer feedback to maximize company profit
- Execute sales campaigns, following up with client-provided leads and educating customers on products, services, and the overall sales process
- Use interpersonal skills to engage customers in direct conversations, utilizing established sales and marketing techniques
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client offers, deals, and promotions in order to entice customers when upselling services
What we are looking for in a Customer Relations Associate :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a bonus, but not required
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role is a bonus, but not required
- Charismatic nature and thrives in a competitive environment
- Must be a reliable person with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Prioritizes quality and compliant work using innovative ideas to problem-solve
- Ability to work and maintain relationships cross-functionally with other departments in our firm
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Potential full-time employment is offered for individuals who are successful in the Business and Sales position.
Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
