Duties
- Reach out to existing customers via outbound calls to understand their needs and address concerns
- Develop personalized retention strategies to encourage continued engagement with our services or products
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and follow-up actions using data entry and CRM tools
- Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve retention tactics, and achieve departmental goals
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, or areas for service improvement
Experience
- Demonstrated ability in sales, client services, or customer support environments
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our client base
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally
- Familiarity with phone etiquette, and analysis skills for assessing customer needs
- Experience in typing accuracy and maintaining detailed records enhances your suitability for this role
