Youth Soccer Coach | Fall 2026 Hiring (August Start) | $25–$35+/Session
Soccer Shots is hiring coaches in the North Broward County and Palm Beach County area (Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Lake Worth, Coral Springs, Parkland and West Palm Beach)!
Soccer Shots is looking for coaches to join our team for the Fall 2026 season, beginning in mid-August. This is an excellent opportunity for college students, education majors, teachers, coaches, and anyone looking for meaningful part-time work with a consistent weekly schedule.
No soccer coaching experience? No problem. We provide all of the training, curriculum, equipment, and support you need to be successful.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead fun, structured soccer sessions for children ages 2-8. Sessions vary between 30-60 minutes depending on the age level. We provide all equipment and curriculum materials necessary.
- Create a positive, high-energy environment (yes, you need to be silly!)
- Manage groups of 8–15 children independently or with an assistant coach
- Communicate with families and directors professionally
- Arrive on time and prepared for every session
Compensation:
- Paid training
- Lead coaches earn $22-$35+ per session, depending on program type and experience
- Many sessions are 30-45 minutes
- Coaches who build larger schedules often earn the equivalent of $30-$45+ per hour coached
- Gas stipend opportunities available depending on location and number of sessions coached per week
- Opportunities to take on additional sessions based on performance and reliability
Schedule & Availability:
Programs are held throughout the week, including:
- Weekday mornings (preschools)
- Elementary after-school programs
- Evening park programs
- Saturday & Sunday mornings
We build schedules around your availability, but once your schedule is assigned, reliability and consistency are essential.
Most coaches lead 10-25+ sessions per week depending on availability and performance.
Training & Program Approach:
No Soccer Experience Required. We hire people, not resumes.
Many of our best coaches come from backgrounds such as:
- Education
- Childcare
- Camp counseling
- Gymnastics
- Teaching
- Youth programs
- Coaching other sports
If you enjoy working with children and bring energy every day, we'll teach you the soccer.
While soccer knowledge or playing experience is helpful, it is not necessary. We’re looking for coaches who are great with kids, bring energy, and can create a positive experience each week.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Reliable transportation (must be willing to travel 15-25 minutes between location sites)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
- Comfortable leading groups of young children independently
- Must pass a background check with the state of Florida and school board of Palm Beach County (paid for and provided by Soccer Shots)

Important:
This is not a “pick your own schedule” role, but we do work with a variety of coaches (students, part-time professionals, etc.) to build schedules that fit their availability.
Once a schedule is set, consistency and reliability are essential, as families and children depend on seeing the same coach each week.
