Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate with Tamil, or Telugu-speaking customers is preferred.
Work Authorization
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Relevant Experience
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Key Accountabilities
Sales & Business Planning
- Drive branch business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and ROI targets
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
Retail Operations Management
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive engagement initiatives.
Team Management & Capability Building
- Lead and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive training initiatives and foster a performance-driven, customer-centric culture.
