What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners through warm, company-provided appointments
- Perform roof inspections and identify customer needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, products, warranties, and financing options
- Prepare and present professional roofing proposals
- Close residential roofing projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, construction, solar, or in-home sales is a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated with a competitive, self-driven attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when necessary
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure
- First-year earning potential of $120,000–$250,000+

Pay: $120,000–$250,000+ per year
