Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Provide exceptional care and assist with daily living activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Required- Valid HCA or CNA
- Maintain excellent punctuality, attendance, and professionalism
- Prior assisted living or long-term care experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
