We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician with a minimum of 5 years of dental laboratory experience. This position is ideal for a versatile, hands-on technician who is comfortable working across multiple departments and is willing to assist wherever needed to support production and maintain exceptional quality.
The primary responsibility will be in the traditional model department, with opportunities to contribute to the digital department, stain and glaze, and other laboratory areas as workflow demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pour, trim, and prepare traditional dental models with precision and consistency.
- Prepare working models for crown and bridge restorations.
- Mount cases on multifunction articulators and verify accurate occlusion when required.
- Assist with digital model production and support digital workflows.
- Support stain and glaze procedures and other laboratory departments as needed.
- Perform a variety of laboratory tasks to help maintain efficient production across departments.
- Inspect cases for accuracy and quality before advancing to the next stage of production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow laboratory protocols and quality control procedures.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of traditional model work, including pouring, trimming, and model preparation.
- Experience preparing crown and bridge cases.
- Familiarity with mounting cases on multifunction articulators and understanding proper occlusal relationships.
- Experience with digital dental laboratory processes is preferred.
- Experience with stain and glaze is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and assist in multiple departments.
