We’re not your average wellness center — and we’re not looking for your average front desk associate.
Athlete Within is a sports performance, rehab, and recovery facility that blends chiropractic care, strength training, massage therapy, and movement rehab under one roof. We’re looking for an organized, outgoing, and motivated front desk professional who can keep our operations running smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client that walks through the door.
If you’re someone who loves being the hub of the action, thrives on multitasking, and gets energy from helping people — this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first face clients see — greet every guest with professionalism and energy
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and emails through our Jane platform
- Process payments, memberships, and insurance details
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing follow-up
- Support our team of doctors, trainers, and therapists with administrative tasks
- Help keep our facility running smoothly day-to-day
- (Bonus) Create or assist with social media content, announcements, and campaigns that highlight what makes Athlete Within different
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and dependable — you catch things before they fall through the cracks
- Excellent communicator (both in person and over email/phone)
- Tech-savvy — you’re comfortable learning new software and systems
- Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Interested in health, fitness, and wellness
- Excited to grow with a brand that’s redefining performance and recovery care
- Medical billing experience = big plus
- Social media/marketing experience = big plus
Qualifications
- Administrative or customer service experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s or equivalent experience accepted)
- Experience with insurance verification, billing, or medical claims a plus
- Experience using Jane or similar scheduling systems preferred
- Basic understanding of medical terminology a plus
