As we continue scaling nationwide, we’re hiring Enrollment Specialists who want to be part of a mission-driven team addressing one of the biggest financial issues facing Americans today.
What You’ll Do
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for borrowers seeking help with their student loans. Your role is to:
- Take inbound calls from individuals seeking guidance on their student loan repayment options
- Consult with borrowers, ask scripted qualifying questions, and follow a structured intake process
- Enroll eligible clients into Smart Loan Aid’s services
This is not sales, it is a structured, needs-based consultation designed to help people understand their options and move forward with confidence.

Requirements:
- A dedicated workspace free from distractions
- High-speed internet
- Your own computer (Windows or Mac)
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, with optional weekend hours
- Comfortable following a script while keeping conversations natural
- Ability to learn quickly and navigate multiple systems
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
