City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston specializes in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We connect our clients with qualified vendors and serve as a single point of contact for all service management needs.
Our Night Manager position helps with the management of our facilities services, ensuring the work is being done in accordance with our clients’ needs and in line with the plans laid out in the contract. They will also serve as a focal point for maintaining our relationship with the Independent Contractors and Vendors within the City Wide network.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit our various client sites throughout the evening, evaluating the work being conducted by our independent contractors based on City Wide’s and the client’s expectations.
- Coordinating with Account Managers to review complaints, requests, and notes on the Scope of Work daily.
- Assisting in the evaluation and selection of our independent contractors, ensuring they capable of performing the services needed in line with our standards and professionalism.
- Assist with the start up of new business, acting as the key contact for our independent contractors.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and current independent contractors.
- Submit nightly reports to the Account Manager at the end of each night as well as monthly reports.
- Monitoring and ensuring the completion of additional services and projects should the need arise.
