Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to clients of different nationalities
- Assist customers with products and services
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Support daily sales goals
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
- Assist with setup and operational support when needed
- Assist sales leader
Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver’s License (required)
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to lift and carry packages of at least 30 lbs
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
- Weekend availability (mandatory) Saturday, Sunday and one more day during the week.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree required.
Experience
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in cash handling, financial transactions, or customer service.
- Experience working in retail or money transfer services is a plus.
