We are growing and looking for a Lead Installer / Crew Leader who takes ownership, works hard, and leads by example.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage installation crews on residential and commercial projects-this doesn't mean you're standing around but are hands on with your team.
- Grind and prepare concrete surfaces
- Perform crack repairs and floor prep
- Install 100% polyaspartic coating systems and decorative flake
- Ensure projects meet Floor Shield quality standards
- Communicate with customers professionally on job sites
- Maintain equipment and vehicles
- Complete CompanyCam documentation and job checklists
- Help manage materials and inventory
- Train and mentor crew members
What We Expect
- Leadership and accountability
- Experience with towing a trailer
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Experience in coatings, concrete, construction, or trade work preferred
- Willingness to work hard and represent our company well
