We’re looking for a dependable CDL B Operator to support industrial cleaning operations by safely transporting equipment and performing hands-on fieldwork at customer sites. This role combines driving responsibilities with physical labor and requires a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Operate company vehicles requiring a CDL Class B in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Transport equipment and crew members safely to and from job sites.

Arrive at job sites on time, in uniform, and ready to perform assigned duties.

Set up industrial cleaning equipment including water blasting and vacuum systems.

Operate water blasting equipment such as hoses, guns, and lances for cleaning applications.

Operate wet and dry vacuum systems using large-diameter hoses to remove debris and waste.

Perform manual labor tasks using tools such as shovels, picks, and other hand equipment.

Follow all MPW Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.

Work in confined spaces and industrial environments while maintaining safety compliance.

Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment prior to returning to the branch.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and safety conditions.

Travel to various job sites, including out-of-state assignments as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
What You’ll Need

Valid CDL Class B license with acceptable driving record in accordance with company standards.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

2–3 years of experience operating commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, or performing manual labor preferred.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform continuous physical work

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work in confined spaces regularly.

Ability to wear respirators and required PPE in environments with exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, and extreme temperatures.

Willingness to travel for extended periods (days to weeks), work overtime, and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
