Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, Danish, and other baked goods

Follow recipes and production schedules to maintain consistent quality

Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and fryers

Decorate and prepare baked goods for display and sale

Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Assist with training team members on bakery procedures and equipment

Ensure bakery display cases remain stocked, fresh, and visually appealing

Minimum 3 years of baking experience required

Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and bakery equipment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
