Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential swimming pools with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help bring clients’ visions to life by transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional aquatic environments. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate pool installation
- Install plumbing, automation, and filtration equipment according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to safety standards and design specifications
- Coordinate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Experience with construction site management and inspection processes
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, water chemistry
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools
- Experience in fiberglass, vinyl and custom concrete pool installations
- Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
