Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized or small-group academic and behavioral support as directed by educators and school personnel

- Assist in implementing behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
- Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners
School Compliance Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older
- TB testing according to district guidelines
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start
Preferred Background:
- Experience in educational, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed, but not mandatory
- Patience, reliability, and a collaborative approach
