Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct preventative maintenance on guest rooms and pool
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform mechanical repairs
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with staff and guests
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
