Responsibilities

- Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages.
- Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
- Uphold high standards of quality and presentation for all plated meals.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with fine dining practices and catering operations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food handling techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
