Responsibilities
· General Labor work tasks include but are not limited to:
- Pressure washing
- Caulking
- Finishing
- Paint/foam application
- Rigging and transport of materials by crane
- Proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Move, stack, and store materials in designated areas.
- Conduct site clean-up and waste disposal activities.
- Report any injuries or safety hazards to a supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language in order to follow written production schedule
- Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50lbs for up to 10 hours a day.
- Must be able to climb 4-5 feet off the ground frequently.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Must be able to walk and stand on concrete floor throughout 10-hour workday.
Monday- Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
