Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks using Toast systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while providing friendly and attentive customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety standards and food handling protocols.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently, including processing payments with POS systems.
- Engage with guests to promote sales of beverages and food items, leveraging your knowledge of the menu to enhance their experience.
- Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring all food service requirements are met seamlessly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, with a strong preference for fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Experience with Toast systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Proven skills in time management and multitasking during busy service hours.
- Familiarity with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures are essential for accurate transactions.
- Experience in banquet or catering environments is a plus, showcasing versatility across different hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
