This is more than a scheduling position.
As a Client Services Coordinator for our Skilled department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting our nurses and helping our operations run smoothly. Every day you will build relationships, solve challenges, coordinate care, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage client schedules, phone and email communication, data entry, and general office tasks.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding home care needs and scheduling of SKILLED NURSING staff.
- Communicate with nurses, clients, referral partners, and teammates to keep everyone informed.
- Solve real-time challenges with creativity, urgency, and sound judgment.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and caregivers who count on you every day.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in healthcare, customer service, staffing, scheduling, or office operations preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing competing responsibilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and other computer systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office procedures is a plus.
