As a Master stylist, you will help with daily operations, uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety, and foster a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and nail care services with precision and creativity.
- Utilize salon software such as Aurasalonware to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline operations efficiently.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and ensuring tools and workspaces are thoroughly sanitized after each service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their desired looks, offering professional recommendations, and upselling retail products of Kerastase and Shu Uemura
- Manage store operations including front desk duties, retail sales, inventory management, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
- Mentor junior stylists and apprentices by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring, barbering, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, hair coloring techniques, and new styling methods to deliver innovative services that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling, coloring, barbering, or related services.
- Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering from an accredited institution; additional training in eyelash extensions or nail care is a plus.
- Proficiency with salon management software like Aurasalonware or similar platforms for scheduling and client management.
- Extensive knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively while providing clear instructions to team members.
- Strong retail sales skills including upselling techniques
- Ability to mentor others in technical skills such as hair cutting, color application, hair care products, and advanced styling techniques.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
