Position Overview
We are hiring a Commercial Power Sweeping Crew Member who will primarily perform parking garage cleaning services but will also support other exterior maintenance services when needed.
This is not a “one-task” role. We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented technician who can adapt to different job types and support overall field operations.
Primary Responsibilities (Power Sweeping)
- Power sweeping parking garages
- Operate power sweeping machines (Tennant equipment, etc.)
- Operate backpack leaf blowers
- Maintain sharp, professional sweeping quality
- Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance after each shift
Additional Field Responsibilities
When sweeping work is not scheduled, this role may assist with:
- Commercial pressure washing
- Parking lot striping
- Equipment setup and breakdown
- Job site traffic control
- Basic equipment maintenance
- Loading/unloading trucks and trailers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
