What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play an essential role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care while helping individuals maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
