About the Position
As a Sales Associate, you are one of the faces of the brand. You will assist customers, help drive sales, maintain the store’s appearance, and create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Help drive sales and meet daily goals
- Build genuine connections with customers
- Restock, organize, and merchandise inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Assist with administrative duties when needed
- Create a welcoming, stylish, and energetic shopping environment
- Represent the Accessories Matter brand positively at all times
Qualifications Experience
- No prior experience required
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Stand for up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently
- Climb and balance on ladders
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently
